All new Patient Portal Message emails have sent correctly since 1:00pm Mar. 31st. Email notifications sent prior to 1:00pm on Mar. 31st are still queued with our emails service provider, and we are continuing to work with them to deliver these queued notifications.

Email notifications for new Portal Messages are not sending to patients today. We are working with our email service provider to return service promptly. Emails sent during this outage ARE being queued by the service provider and should be delivered when service returns. SMS notifications are still sending without issue. Updates will be posted as progress is made to resolve the issue.
